Returns

We want you to love your AFYA PETITE piece. If something’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns on full-priced items purchased online within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be lodged within this window and meet the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

  • Item(s) must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns are only accepted for orders placed through afyapetite.com.au.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale or discounted items.
  • We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order if needed.

How to Return

  1. Email our team at customerservice@afyapetite.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return form to include in your parcel.
  3. Post your return to the address provided. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately at customerservice@afyapetite.com.au with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
