General Shipping Information
All orders are dispatched from Australia. We endeavour to process orders within 1–2 business days of your purchase. Please allow an additional 2–3 days for dispatch during peak periods or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Order Cancellations & Amendments
Please review your order carefully before checking out. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or amend it.
We are also unable to upgrade shipping to Express once the order is placed. Please choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.
Australian Orders
We currently offer flat-rate shipping via Australia Post.

- Express Shipping: $15 AUD
